Condo Fees
Condominium fees (to be paid quarterly - in advance) are
.095 per foot, per month. For example:
2 - 1,435 sq ft unit would be $136.33 per month or $408.99 per quarter
1 - 1,525 sq ft unit would be $144.87 per month or $434.61 per quarter
2 - 1,575 sq ft unit would be $149.63 per month or $448.88 per quarter
3 - 1,600 sq ft unit would be $152.00 per month or $456.00 per quarter
This includes: water, sewer. trash removal, , exterior
building maintenance, common area maintenance, common area utilities,
landscaping care and maintenance, common area taxes, general
liability insurance, and building insurance. This does not include
the unit's electricity or cable / satellite television.
Dock Slip Purchase Prices are
9 x 25 ft. - $8,500
10 x 26 ft. - $9,500
10 x 28 ft. - $11,500
12 x 28 - $13,500
12 x 30 - $15,50

These prices are only good at the time of the condo purchase.
Dock Fees
Dock fees (to be paid quarterly - in advance) are .50 per
foot (length only)
for example a 10 x 20 ft slip x .50 = $10.00 per month - $30.00
per quarter. This includes: electricity, dock maintenance, dock
insurance, purchase and maintenance of dock de-icers, and taxes/fees
on dock.
Personal Watercraft (PWC)
Hook-up on open side of dock (uncovered) is $1,800 puchase price and maintenance fee of $5 per month
Directions:
From St. Louis take Hwy 70 west to Kingdom City, turn west
on Hwy 54 to Camdenton, turn right at town square to Hwy 5 north
go 12 miles to Greenview, turn left on Hwy 7 west, go 8 miles
and turn right on Lake Road 7-13 (look for billboard sign at
intersection) go 5 miles to Mimosa Beach Dr., turn right and
go one-half mile.
From Kansas City take Hwy 70 east to Hwy 65 south through
Sedalia to Warsaw, 5 miles past Warsaw turn left on Hwy 7 east
and follow for approximately 22 miles, through Climax Springs,
turn left at Lake Road 7-13 (look for billboard sign at intersection)
go 5 miles to Mimosa Beach Dr., turn right and go one-half mile.
